There’s ton of Rom-com Anime Where a Nerdy Unpopular boy falls in love with the most popular girl in the school later turns into a love story after some cliches and drama but here’s the catch in today’s Review of Our Dating Story Anime. So, without any further ado let’s jump on Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and The Inexperienced Me Episode 1 Review.
ENGI Studio has come once with another romantic anime Our Dating Story (In short), Directed by Hideaki Ooba Whereas the Opening song “Love You Tender!” Sing by Maaya Uchida & Ending song “Ai kotoba” by AliA.
Episode 1 starts with Ryuuto Kashima, a gloomy nerdy character who has a crush on Runa Shirakawa a class beauty (who change boyfriend’s frequently) whole opposite of him. One day Ryuuto two nerdy friends (only) make a bet to confess to the person they like if one gets the highest marks within them.
Likewise, Ryuuto wins and decides to give it a shot to move on if she reject him, but Runa accept his confession and become his girlfriend just because she’s single for time being. Ryuuto ask her about this boyfriend rumor to which, she nods and tell him that usually they all leave her after some time. Later, both Ryuuto and Runa goes home together & Runa invites him in her home when everyone’s out. Runa takes him to her room to have sex and starts taking off her tie.
Thinking of this whole plot development of getting a girlfriend then her home to her bedroom, now sex Ryuuto gets overwhelmed. Isn’t it too fast for Us we don’t even know each other till now . Runa says isn’t it all do in relationship. It’s always been like this and all her boyfriends wants the same from her. She consider this a job to fulfill her boyfriend needs or he will go to another woman.
Hearing this, Ryuuto realised why she had lot of boyfriends because they got bored from her after sometime as they just see her a body to f**k with rather than a girlfriend. Ryuuto after calculating everything in his mind, turn down Runa’s offer and decides to have his first time when she falls in love with him.
Later, Ryuuto leaves Runa home and Runa see him off with a big smile says, I guess I have enough of boys who are after my body and this time I want to try fall in love. Ryuuto on the other hand, ensures that he doesn’t have any girl Friend and he never been in relationship with any girl. So, he won’t never cheat on her and she can take her time without any worry.
Conclusion
Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and The Inexperienced Me Episode 1 Review might start with simple introvert boy and extrovert girl, but it ideals with two opposite individuals having different thinking and standards. Ryuuto a nerdy otaku, never had a Girlfriend & feels outcast in his class has only one star in his dull life called Runa. Even though He keeps hearing about Runa lose Charcter and even after hearing everything from her, he keep his thoughts in balance rather than judging her he feels emphaty for her.
Runa, a extrovert gal, had various relationship but all failed even though she did whatever they wanted. Runa loves who Ryuuto stops her to do what she was doing till now, and purposes an idea to take it slow and enjoy this journey till she fall in love with him for real.
Two person in different worlds collided at a centre of love might start a new phase of life. Now, if even talk about visuals it’s ok-ok not very good and not very bad. But the pacing of the story is little too much like he confessed and get to know everything. It could be much better if they give some more depth to Runa’s Character.
